Our Services:

K-1 Visa:

Representation in obtaining the K-1 visa. We will:

  1. Discuss your case with you and your fiancée to determine the facts of your situation, at which service center your petition will need to be filed, and whether your case is impacted by IMBRA. Counsel and advise you as to the information and supporting documentation required for filing the petition application with the USCIS.
  2. Prepare the USCIS petition (I-129F, Form G-325A, and all supporting documentation), and submit the petition package to the appropriate USCIS service center.
  3. Communicate by telephone, mail, fax, or email as necessary and appropriate with the USCIS regarding your petition while it is being processed;
  4. When the USCIS petition is approved, counsel and advise you and your fiancée as to the information and supporting documentation necessary (Instruction Package) for your fiancée to proceed with the application at the overseas US Consulate;
  5. Advise you and your fiancée as to the forms and procedures involved with the Appointment Package, medical examination, and consulate interview; discuss the interview with your fiancée to let her know what to expect;
  6. Communicate by telephone, mail, fax, and email as necessary and appropriate with the proper US consulate regarding your visa application while it is in process;
  7. Keep you advised of all significant developments in the progress of your case;
  8. When the K-1 Visa is issued, advise you as to the next step involved in applying for your (now) wife’s Green Card.

Our charge for these services is $975.00 (add $100 per child involved in seeking a K-2 visa).

 

K-3 Visa:

Representation in obtaining the K-3 visa. We will:

  1. Discuss your case with you and your wife to determine the facts of your situation, at which service center your petition will need to be filed, and whether your case is impacted by IMBRA. Counsel and advise you as to the information and supporting documentation required for filing the petition application with the USCIS.
  2. Prepare the USCIS petitions (I-130 petition; and then I-129F, Form G-325A, and all supporting documentation), and submit the petition package to the appropriate USCIS service center.
  3. Communicate by telephone, mail, fax, or email as necessary and appropriate with the USCIS regarding your petition while it is being processed;
  4. When the USCIS petition is approved, counsel and advise you and your wife as to the information and supporting documentation necessary (Instruction Package) for your wife to proceed with the application at the overseas US Consulate;
  5. Advise you and your wife as to the forms and procedures involved with the Appointment Package, medical examination, and consulate interview; discuss the interview with your fiancée to let her know what to expect;
  6. Communicate by telephone, mail, fax, and email as necessary and appropriate with the proper US consulate regarding your visa application while it is in process;

Our charge for these services is $1,175.00 (add $100 per child involved in seeking a K-4 visa).

Subsequent Green Card (Adjustment of Status) Application:

If we have handled your K-1 or K-3 visa, then we will handle your subsequent Green Card application. Our charge for these services is $500 (add $100 per child).
